What are all the differences between a real estate salesperson ...

This question can only be answered if the jurisdiction you are wondering about it known. So for example, in NY, anyone engaging in the rental and/or sales of real estate must be licensed. There are brokers and there are sales agents. Brokers are the more experienced of the two. Sales agents must work under a Broker. All must be licensed. When engaging in rentals and or sales, the title of the agent must be disclosed as a licensed real estate sales agent or broker. Realtor is an additional term used for someone who is a member of an organization such as the National Association of Realtors. Realtors must also be licensed as a sales agent or broker however.
